Factory Gimbal refit

Hello all,

I have decided to refit my factory gimbal, however it will not move when powered on it is solid, can not even move by hand. It is just locked in the one position and will not tilt or compensate In any way, any ideas?

It needs to be fitted at the same angle it was removed. If it was removed pointing as high as it goes then refitted pointing as low as it goes it hits its limits before it can move. Other than that I've no idea.

I have no Idea how it was removed and I have spun the mechanism as well so god only knows where it needs to be, I will need to have another fiddle.
