Hi Zahi- I am also planning to go to Victoria falls but in early July. I am based within Tanzania and have had no problems traveling so far. Only issue I have had is being asked to check in my Lipo batteries as luggage.
Let me know what you learn in planning for Travel and will update. I will probably start with calling a tour operator and ask them their thoughts.

The CAAZ published their remote control aircraft laws just last week (11th May). It appears from a quick read that as from that date you'll need to register the model and get an RPL (Remote Pilot Licence) issued by the CAAZ before you can even get in the air.
Here's a simplified version of the Do's and Don'ts. Best of luck with that.
I'm not aware of any model flying restrictions in Zambia, other than the obvious stuff of staying away from populated areas, military bases, airports, night flying and frightening animals, etc.
