Time to ban frisbees at the beach too.
Well in today's litigous (US) society that may have well cost him/her a great deal if he is/can be I.D.'d.
I hope they suit him and make an example of him. Maybe others will think twice before acting irresponsibly and endangering our hobby.
Well I agree but was being a bit more neutral in my statement.
I didn't see mention in the article of anyone attempting to "ban drones."
Frisbees don't usually cause lacerations, so not a fair analogy.
I understand your sentiment, but knee jerk reactions are counterproductive regardless of which side of the fence they come from.
One of the vaguest stories on this I've seen. This post isn't much shorter then the story, lol.

A non-consenting, unaware, person was struck.

It may turn out to be his wife and she was supposed to hand catch it - does seem suspiciously short of hysteria inducing details.

And given the media hysteria a possibility.
