Does the 500M max altitude limit apply to phantom 2?

I have a simple question. Does the 500m max altitude limit that applies to the P3 AND P4 also apply to the phantom 2?

I tried searching and got mixed answers and on the dji wiki it doesn't specify it for the P2, I would assume its 500m tho

It's been a while since I have flown my P2V+. But I am sure the 3.08 firmware still allowed you to exceed the 500m. I don't go high as there is nothing up there...

There is no altitude limit on the P2.

The P2V+ does not have height restrictions, but the stock bird loses signal at about 2500ft straight up.
