Spot on.Maybe they have supported claims that YOU haven't heard about. Do you review all the claims they receive? Do you have access to the disposition of the claims? Doubt it. Maybe you don't know as much as you purport.
You don’t have to look too hard here or on other forums to find many instances where DJI has seemingly honoured warranty where a third party app was used. In these cases the AC was recovered and the log available to demonstrate DJI hardware/software issues as contributing to the crash. DJI policy is clear, they will not make a warranty determination from a third party log file.
