    Hello,

I've only just noticed that when I start the phantom up (turn on the props) that there are 2 red lights at the front and 2 green ones at the back.

I understand that the green lights mean that it has GPS, but what do the red lights mean? Is this just how it's meant to be or is there some kind of error?
    It's also all fully charged.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

From the manual on page 17 : "Front LEDs are for indicating where the nose of the aircraft is. They light up solid red after motors have started spinning"

There is lots of other useful information in there. you might want to take a look

Thanks for your quick reply. I will definitely take a look at the manual in greater detail.
I'm guessing all 4 LED's go red when there is any error/low battery?

    Thanks!

Section 3.3 of the manual: 3.3 LED Flight Indicator Descriptions.
    It is essential reading <sigh>
