    I was totally surprised as I called DJI support today and I was the 5th caller instead of the usual 17-18 caller in line. Anyhow after not getting my FC40 to function right the gave me a ticket# to send in to the dealer to exchange for a new one. Amain Hobbies the dealer also provided me the pre-paid ups shipping label. Cudos to DJI and Amain. I'll update when I get my new phantom, fingers crossed!
