Differences between software

Hey all,
Had my Vision 2+ for 2 weeks now and am getting into flying it hard core. Unfortunately up here in Vancouver BC it is raining day after day so I am grounded for the time being.

Got a question. I am confused about the differences between the 3 different software applications that I have downloaded:

DJI Nazam Assistant 2.2
DJI Phantom 2 Vision Assistant 3.6
DJI RC System Assistant 1.2

First of all why is there 3 different programs?? Could DJI have not combined into one for simplicity?

I am confused about which program to use when. Would really appreciate a run down on which program does what and when!

Check out your DJI manual for more details on how/when to use the second two.

it surprises me that you have waited a couple of weeks before actually using the software, you really should be doing calibrations etc before you fly.

DJI Nazam Assistant 2.2

The USB driver so that windows can communicate via USB

DJI Phantom 2 Vision Assistant 3.6

The software for the Phantom itself, allows you to calibrate it etc

DJI RC System Assistant 1.2m

The software for the transmitter unit, again allows calibration and testing.
