DashWare video sync solutions

I have just started using the dashware software to add gauges to my phantom 3 A video. Is the best solution for the video sync to take a screen shot on the tablet with the Go app information and use it to line up the dashware gauges later? Using objects as reference just with the video seems cumbersome and not too accurate.

I use the "pitch" data with the point in which the aircraft begins to lift off in the video. At the start of the "pitch" data you can see it stays the same in the very start due to just sitting there. Then it's just a matter of looking for a change in the formula and locking it in.
