Cycle count on phantom 4 batteries

I Need Help with getting the cycle count on phantom 4 batteries without disassembly and soldering
i dont have a phantom 4 drone but i did find a charger for the batteries to charge them up.
(P.S. the reason i ask is i get drone batteries that are not working and see if i can get them working again)
if i can get them working i would like to sell or trade them for other DJI Stuff instead of stripping the cells or scrapping them but i always have people asking me

Here’s a thought.
If your selling batteries and making a bit of money, may be worth investing in a used P4 to get the information your customers are requesting.
