clicking on link words

At times some will provide a link by using the word HERE. At times when I click on the word, it doesn't direct me anywhere but makes a camera shutter sound. What is that about. This happens on my laptop.

When you click _Here_ it sets off the laptop screen camera . You just don't see the picture .

Then why does a person provide a link that does that? It doesn't always happen.

Do you have your popup blocker enabled? That sound usually means a popup was blocked, which would explain why you think that clicking the link doesn't direct you anywhere.
