Choppy video feed after update (1.4.0010).. Nexus 7 II

Anyone else using a Nexus 7 II experiencing choppy video with the latest firmware (1.4.0010)? I restarted the tablet, DJI GO app, and phantom 3 pro.. still choppy video feed. Never happened with previous firmware. Is there a setting that can be adjusted to solve this problem?

I have found same with my Nvidia Shield. I have also video lag issues with previous FW versions. You still have to downgrade Google Play services....

Update: I went for another flight this evening. Everything worked okay with minimal video loss that I don't consider to be an issue. I didn't bother turning off my wi-fi and I didn't kill any apps. No idea why it worked this time.
