Charging Battery Problem

Hello All,
I have a problem When I charge the battery as show in the attached pic. The light stops to fluctuate and just the middle two are giving a sold light.
Anyone every face this problem. Btw I am charging the battery now after my second flight.

Looks like a faulty circuit in the battery electronics. I would request an exchange.

You can plug it into the assistant software and see how the cells are doing. I have one with a bad cell and it seems to charge really fast but it also discharges equally as fast. I only use it to power the phantom when connecting to the computer, not to fly.
