Seams quite simple to understand now just need an Australian version ... lazy casa get your shjt together already !
Now that is what I call sensible rules. Very light aircraft can be used for work purposes without having to jump through hoops.
As long as your purpose for work has you flying nowhere close to any Canadian city and with minimum $100,000 liability insurance.
Can anyone recommend liability insurance in Canada? Wondering if my car insurance would cover me...
'Don't we already get $5,000,000 liability coverage through our yearly paid membership in MACC?
That will obviously cover my present needs, and then some.
Capri Insurance in western Canada and Intercity Insurance (Mike King) in Ontario area. The two companies are affiliated.
BTW, the killer is in the details. Download TC Staff Instruction Document No: SI 623-100 (2014-12-19). Read them and weep. (My box of Kleenex is next to me now.)
