Can someone share P3P video workflow.. 4k to 1080.

Hi guys, I wondered if someone could please share their video workflow with me.

I've got access to Premier CC Pro, Media Encoder, Film Convert and After Effects CC. Looking to acheive a nice cinematic look with final output for Vimeo.

Any tips or processes would be very welcome.

You have the right tools in Premiere and aftter effects. I doubt anyone can give you a workflow in a post though.

Head over to youtube and get into some tutorials. Frederick Hagan is a good place to start, especially for colour grading tutorials using Premiere.
