Totally knew to quads received this one today and had first flight. Could you please tell me is the Sid card for recording the video ? Also how does the camera operate when in FPV when it does not have a connection between it and the quad does it have it's own battery and wifi transmitter inside it? Sorry I just would like to obviously use the camera but don't know how!

I believe the FC40 camera has it's own battery rather than taking power from the Phantom.

O.k. I now realise it has it's own battery, next question I left the camera charging for 8 hours , it started blinking red then after a while turned to steady red. After 8 hours it was still steady red so took it off charge and went for a flight.
All good but after a few minutes filming video the battery was exhausted. O.K. I guess I should have left it on charge until the L.E.D. But can anyone tell me how long this takes?
