Camera / Gibel Issues

After a good day last week, then opening and ready to fly the last time, camera acted foolish right out of the case. See the video here... Any ideas?

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly needed and appreciated.

Not an easy fix? Someone said to do an update with FIRMWARE, but didn't know..

Check the ribbon cable inside the camera if its right connected.

Camera has power, wouldn't that mean it's connected?

Learned today that it is a mechanical issue so DJI asked me to send the whole unit back to the dealer I bought it from for a replacement device and have them send it to them for a new one for their inventory or for me to send it to their CA office for repair, in which she did say its about a 4 week turn around time.
