Bower lens filters

Has anyone ever used Bower lens filters? How do they compare to Polar Pro and Taco?

Anyone? i am thinking about pocking up a set today because it comes with ND filters FX filters, carrying case, (and a sun shade?) and lense cleaning kit for like $80. I need to know if they are worth it though.

I just picked them up from Best Buy this pasted weekend only used the uv filter,took some pics and video and I was really happy
