I've updated the firmware on the machine and batteries as well as updating the software on the Android devices. However, the DJI app won't recognize the machine.
When I use the Litchi App, everything appears to work just fine.
I'm not a huge proponent of third party apps when safety is in mind but, really, what the heck? Google doesn't give me much information other than other people have encountered similar situations.
Any advice on how to get back to using the DJI app? DJI seems to be quite tight-lipped about it as well.
Environment: Tab S2 (tablet), Galaxy S8 (phone), Phantom 3 Pro
