That can never hold up.

Congress has given the FAA sole authority over US airspace.

They can stop you from standing within the city and flying, but they can't regulate who is flying over the town.

These same nuts probably fire their guns in the air to celebrate the 4th of July without care of where their rounds are going.

That's okay. Stealth drones are on their way. :) Small, quiet and made to look like birds.

That's a direct challenge to the FAA's authority to regulate the airspace. Seems unlawful.
 
Laughable.

FAA guidelines restrict flight at that altitude.

In other news, many of the hip young kids in Leyden are purchasing DIY tower kits so they can practice BASE jumping right in their own back yards.
