I cant seem to find out how to actually set the S1/S2 functionality. I want to try NAZA mode and when I have the Phantom hooked to the computer I see the ability to turn it "on". When you do that ..what does it do to the switch settings? Does S1 still remain GPS (UP) and ATTI (lower). Does the actual controller have to be plugged in directly to set the switches? any info is helpful.

Once you change to NAZA mode, by default S1 is set to GPS/ATTI/ATTI. You can change what the third position has on it (atti, failsafe or manual. You probably don't want to do manual). S2 does nothing by default, but if you turn on IOC then it's OFF/COUSE LOCK/HOME LOCK.
