Question if I am flying in a class e airspace inside the magenta circle so I have 700 feet agl what if my lowest heights are close to or more than that I live in the mountains so just trying to figure it out

If you are below 700 feet in class early (or at your max of 400 feet), then there's a very good chance you are in class G airspace.

Sorry, I had a bit of trouble deciphering your post. If you are within a shaded magenta circle you are in Class G from the surface up to 700 feet. At that point, Class E begins. If you are operating under Part 107 and without an altitude waiver (and are not within 400 feet of a tower), you may only fly up to 400 feet.

That's in class e but what if I am near where it says Bruce Villegas at 3534 that's over 700 or is it 700 agl

Ok so if I am on the mountain that is say 2000 feet as long as I fly under 400 feet I am still in class g

That's MSL (Mean Sea Level) Altitude, the 400/700 feet is AGL (Above Ground Level)...
