Anyone have the Aero fly 7 prog? I have it, and have had a very brief try at the Phantom sim. It was a partial success, but I doubt the controls were anything like the real thing, which to-date I have'nt flown due to the weather. , and partly 'cos I'm a noob at this quad malarkey and don't want to "enjoy" that expensive-sounding smashing noise ! I tried to turn off the brake function for the speed controllers, but this always causes the PC to crash the program. The brake function I assume would'nt be required on a quad I'da thunk, the throttle response is very all-or-nothing, precluding any attempt at accurate flight . No idle or alt-hold is set ,and powering up the throttle causes a leap upwards of some ferocity , and no hovering setting for power can be set. I use the controller from my Realflight, which is calibrated fine and works with all the fixed - wing models. Anyone have any opinions or setup tips for this sim ?
