How or where can i change 30 fps to 25 fps.. ?

Its under the video settings, you may need to change PAL/NTSC as well.

As and old habit I still prefer to shoot at 25fps (PAL) base (50fps or 50 interlaced fields per second) because it makes mixing footage from random old devices with different fps or field rates easier.

But nowadays I have begun to question that habit because current mobile devices seem to prefer 30fps base (30-60-120-240fps).
