    DJI has just announced they are offering 24/7 tech support for Phantom 3 customers.

    hmmmm, 24/7 for a chance to wait in line to be told "Please sir perform a compass calibration and fly all your batteries down below 8% charge". Likely people would get a faster response here (and can take an average of replies) with a higher probability of an accurate answer,

    They never did have 24x7 live support here in the US or they discontinued it.

    Was it a P3A or P3P?
    Can you upload your flight log from your device, some here maybe can help you locate it.
    Was it fresh water or sea water, it makes a difference.
