1.8.0 rc issue

After updating the craft to 1.10.90 firmware I also updated the rc to 1.8.0
The video feed was bad and breaking up pixalated
Downgraded rc back to 1.6.0 and all is good

My question is
Is it safe to fly my p3p with the drone at 1.10.90 fw and the rc still using the 1.6.0?

Yes, it should be safe.
Many people have also reported video issues with AC1.10 / RC1.8 which were fixed for them when they downgraded the RC to 1.6.
So far I have only read of good results with no additional issues once they were on AC1.10 / RC 1.6.
