thanks for the suggestion. I took it to a electronic repair shop (who knew one existed) near my house and the dude was very helpful. He pointed out that the ribbon which connects to the HD Video downlink to the camera/gimbal had a nick in it. Undoubtedly caused by the lousy repair job @DJIGlobal...

I resoldered the fed module and it worked fine....for a few weeks. Now the video replay has stopped working altogether which is really odd given that the gimbal and camera controls work fine, ie it takes photos and records, just no relay.

The last time I flew my helicopter I was getting intermittent video relay and now it's just flat out not relaying any feed at all. I opened it up and checked all the connections. I also crashed mine due to a GPS malfunction. The gimbal malfunctioned as a result of the impact. After waiting 5 weeks for the replacement parts from China they replaced and related it at no charge.

I think you are spot on! It is identical to the other fed module that is still installed. I'll take it apart and reinstall it and let you know how it goes. Thanks for all the great tips!
