Hmmm. My P3S always just connected via wi-fi from the controller to the tablet. Never used a cable.

My Phantom and 3 3DR solo's make the exact same whine/whistle noise. I even hear it on other YouTube vids.. I assume it's normal.

What is the procedure to dye props?

Does anyone have any advise to correct a Google map issue I have. My P3S google map shows snow on the ground. How can I update it. All my other quads do not have this issue. Thank you in advance.

I have flown my P3 many times all with excellent results. However lately the RTH accuracy has gotten way off. At same place in my yard. It was always 2 to 3 ft. Now it can be up to 15 ft. There has been no mods to the bird other then 2 firmware updates. Seems it started after the second to last...

Another DJI owner had an issue like this and it was a prop issue believe it or not. He put on new props, performed the IMU and compass calibration just to be safe and it was fixed.

I also use a checklist every time before flight. The DJI preflight checklist is awesome and free. The checklist has saved my tail several times including gimbal brace, prop tightness, etc.

The flyers are posting their vids on Facebook. Easier to be identified.
