Your friend has advanced version which has Lightbridge, yours has Wi Fi only which is crap just like mine. Unless you have some range antenna mod installed (which of course will void your warranty) do not expect to get a good range, especially in Wi Fi congested area. A big big mistake on my end...

Go ahead and do RC calibration where you will calibrate gimbal tilt dial and controller sticks. I did and mine worked like a charm!

See we have similar problem! If you really work on gimbal dial wheel you may get it moving but not as it was originally. I'm guessing after encountering some strong magnetic field that's what happens to it. I still managed though to bring it down because up and down functions on the remote...

I made huuuge mistake by buying this piece of crap. Should've opted for pro version! Losing video almost at 50 meters. barely survived and returned home. Gives wifi interference warnings everywhere you go, loses signal at short distances.

My P3 4K tilt is also jammed. will not move forward/down. Does gimbal calibration well but can not move gimbal with the left dial button. Any suggestions?
