I have a very similar setup and get aboutb500m range. Be sure the tx and rx are on the same channel, or try changing th channels and retest. That helped me a lot when I got it. Damian.

I too use this setup - the rc802 and ts321 with an SJ4000. You MUST get a pair of cloverleaf/skewplanar antennas that are for 2.4ghz in order to get about a 500m video range, As for lag or delay, I don't have any issues with it and fly in manual mode all the time - great fun :-) My SJ4000...
