They've given me several jobs over the last 2 years. They give you some training on what they need, give you a long list of shots/clips to take and send you out. They review your stuff quick and pay quick. A+++ for them in my book.
I've been using carbon for over a year. When I first installed them I did notice some benefits but they are louder. I use my P3P as a commercial drone operator. If you've got the cash, probably not any issue, if you have a better place to spend it you should do so.
All true. I'm a part 61 pilot, took the online course, had my CFI certify I wasn't a Muslim extremist and sent everything off to the FAA. They'll get around to endorsing me I suspect in a couple of months.

I've been using carbon fiber props for several months on several commercial jobs. They work great but are somewhat louder but that doesn't both me. Otherwise they are good.
