Does an Inspire remote work with the P3P? The reason I ask this is I ordered remote for my P3P from Adorama but when I got it, it wasn't recognized by my phone. I returned it, but they no longer carry it. They gave me a store credit. I think they have the Inspire 1 remote and I thought I saw...
I didn't try to connect prior to doing update. I just figured it was over a year old so I'd update, then fly it. I was actually attempting to do the RC update when I noticed this. I just got done with the Phantom and had the SD card in a USB adapter plugged into the USB port. Powered on the RC...
A little over a year ago I bought a new P3Pro. For various reasons (mainly buying a house to rehab) I have not even started the bird yet. This weekend I charged the batteries and was going through the firmware update. I updated the Phantom with no problem - log file said success. I then went to...
I don't yet have the upgraded controller so I'm not positive about this, but I read that you have to be sure "Upgrade Version" is checked on the Basic -- RC tab of the Vision Assistant. I do plan on getting one of these controllers so I'd like to know for sure.
By the way, my camera defaults...
The slow yellow is supposed to mean "ready to fly - atti mode" but it also means the bird doesn't see the GPS. I had tried a new GPS module to no avail. Then I found a new main board / NAZA combo on ebay. I replaced that and then still needed the new GPS module. I was very close to selling it...
Well, got my new GPS module and tried it to no avail. I still get the slow flashing yellow. So I have a few choices - do I try the main board, do I try the NAZA controller or do I sell the bird as is and get something else? I'm leaning towards selling it as is since the P3 Standard is now only...
I'm hoping it's a bad GPS module. Last flight was fine and I did not crash it. I ordered a new module from eBay. When I plug
the bird into my PC and look at the Assistant, the GPS hardware and firmware both show all zeros. So the bird doesn't even
see the GPS module. Unfortunately that narrows...
I believe the problem with this is something to do with the GPS module. After unsuccessfully trying to enable IOC I just figured I'd fly it without. When I started it yesterday, all I got was slow flashing yellow - I never got the green red red red as it searches for GPS. I opened it last night...
I last flew my P2V+ about 2 weeks ago and all was fine. A couple days ago I did an IMU calibration and tried to enable IOC but got an error of "GPS needed". I didn't know what that meant but I figured I'd fly it without IOC. Yesterday I took it out and when I turned it on I got the self test and...
I had the P2 connected to the PC and, in fact, had just completed an IMU and RC calibration. So the Phantom was connected and it was powered on. As I said though, I could not even check the box to enable IOC with the app saying GPS needed.
I'm trying to enable IOC on my P2V+. I have NAZA turned on and I go into the tab for IOC,. When I try to check the box for IOC nothing happens. And instead I have a message on the bottom saying GPS needed. That doesn't seem right since I am at my computer in my house and I don't have and can't...
Yesterday I was flying my P2V+ and had an issue with the wifi.
My first flight I did the drill -- remote on, range extender on then phantom on. Got satellites and did
compass calibration. Flight was good. Got a video and took some stills. DJI Vision app on my phone worked good. Ran battery...
