While flying today, the image on my iPad looked as if the bird flipped. It was within line of site and I saw that it was fine. I brought it back, landed it and the camera was turned and basically hanging free. I tried a recalibration on the camera and it didn't move at all. The app said it...
My refurb almost always tells me to calibrate each and every time. It always completes successfully and I move on. Sort of a hassle but not a big deal. I've never had a flight issue.
My iPad mini wants me to run a calibration every once in a while too.
Almost every flight I've had calibrate compass pop up on my screen. I'm afraid to fly without doing it though. I'm petrified at the thought of a fly away!
I noticed that my signal strength was low today when flying. I don't know why? I had direct line of sight and it wasn't very far away. My limit is set to 600m.
I have a refurbished p4 and it looks like it's brand spanking new. The only thing I saw that gave it away as a refurbished p4, is a sticker on the outside of the box that says refurbished. Flies and operates perfectly. Go for a refurb and save some cash!!
