Engines not starting

I have a Phantom 1 drone and I can't get it working. Basically, everything seems to be working but the engines are not starting. I have attached a video with it's behavior here: New video by Laurentiu Nicolae

Could anyone help me? I did calibration several times, I have the battery charged but no result. From the manual I think it might be "Compass error too big" (green led blinking) but I am not sure.

Nothing. Just the remote controller, my phone and house keys in my pocket.

Someone with more knowledge on the older phantoms will need to help with this one.
