Hi guys just got adobe premier pro 2015 its asking me what sequence do i use??? I have no idea ive looked thru them and the only 4k i can see is from the red cam lol....yes im editing in 4k and my pc is more then capable..thanks in advance

It is pretty boggling at first.
There's a huge amount of help online especially youtube - however your question is fairly easy - just cancel those initial small screens, import your clip then you can create a new sequence from the clip.
After a while you can build up some settings to select e.g. 1080p @ 30/60fps or 4K
Make a name for your project though so it can be saved and opened later as you often want to try something different after rendering (another minefield
)
