What is the P330CB firmware?

I haven't updated things in a while since it has been winter and am currently getting the bird ready for nicer flying weather. The Phantom Assistant is calling for the P330CB to be upgraded to 1.0.2.10. Can someone please tell/remind me what that particular firmware is is for before I upgrade it?

Also, I'm still running 3.08 controller firmware. Should I have any concern upgrading a PV2+v2 bird to firmware 3.12?

Phantom 330 Control Board. This is something you will want to upgrade.
