What 7" moniter to use?

My iphone 4s screen is just too small for my old eyes. What suggestions of recommendations would users have for something around a 7" screen? I could pick up an ipad mini or a Nexus 7 on craigslist to use. What should I be looking for as far as features? I assume wifi and gps would be a big plus. Any help would be much appreciated.

Get a iPad mini I have one and have used it many times before I got my iPhone 6 plus

I haven't used a android tablet with the phantom so no clue there(have had bad experience with android)

I'd second the iPad mini recommendation. Make sure its a wifi + cellular version so it has gps. I use my iPad Air 2 and love the large screen but the extra weight requires a neck strap.
