This is what I see every time. I've tried everything I think. Does one have to change settings in the gimbal assistant?

No that doesn't look very steady, almost like its hard mounted to the phantom without the dampners installed. Maybe try the other dampners that are included with the H3-2D or if you are using zip ties to hold them check that they're not too tight. At the speeds you're flying it should be smooth, I've had some vibration in high wind or high speed but otherwise pretty steady.
Holy ****, where do you live with that much snow still on the ground? Video really does not look too shaky
I have the grey damepeners in. I switched from black because I was hoping it would help.
