Unstable internet and broken connection

    Ok, we have a DJI Phantom Vision 2
    Using with Sprint Galaxy Note 2

    Was working just fine until a couple of days ago, then as soon as we connect with the Vision App the phone gives a notice that "the internet connection is unstable"

    If we continue, the camera works for a few seconds then we get a message on the DJI App that the connection is broken. Wait a few seconds to a minute and it reconnects, then the cycle continues.

    We tried relinking the camera to the extender. Also tried rebinding the camera.

    Also tried downloading the App onto another phone (Galaxy 3), same thing happens. That phone works a little better but the connection breaks within 20 feet of the drone taking off.

    We did notice that the "system" light on the range extender blinks green for a bit but then will turn off. As soon as that happens the connection breaks. Then the light starts blinking again and the connection reestablishes itself a few second later.

    BTW we have checked settings on our phones and auto switch is turned OFF.

    Is the wifi on the range extender broken? Any ideas?

    If the RE system light is not blinking green, then the manual says this is "abnormal" - doesn't say if that's a fixable state, though. As you've done all the things you really can (rebinding, checking with a different phone, etc) it does seem that the RE may be defective. Time to call your dealer for a replacement, I think?
