I bought one of these trackers and it seems to me that a whole lot of Chinese companies make them and they all look virtually identical. I am trying to use mine in Australia, where Telstra and their 3g network dominates. There is still a 2g network, but I find that the tracker won't find a signal where various mobile phones with 3g, have no problem at all. So I'd love to find a similar tracker that has a chip which works with 3 g.
