System lights

I live in a no fly zone.

I have a P3P and am brand new at it.

I was calibrating the IMU and when done happened to notice the system lights blinking:

3 quick green lights and two slow red ones.

Turned off everything, and then back on. Same lights after normal sequence.

This is just sitting on my desk (I was checking my camera settings).

Any Idea what this is? I can't check-flight w/o traveling to a clear area (it's night).
