super bright LED light bar advice

I found this amazing video of a drone with a 10 LED light bar.
10 LEDs x 10 watts each. There's Ebay links to the LEDs and drives in the "show more" area. Can anyone tell me what all I need to build one of these and how to do it? I checked comments and there's not much help on how to build this other than the 2 Ebay links. Better yet, I am not much of an electronics person and would gladly pay someone to build this for me.
