I got a complete (2nd hand) motherboard for P3SE for about $40 from Aliexpress. Also there are lots of pre-used motors, GPS units, body shells etc. Looks like they're actively dismantling Phantoms and selling parts. (but I imagine, it'll run out in a year or so...). My biggest worry would be batteries, with their finite number of cycles.
