There are limits set by CAA and FAA for model aircraft. To be on the safe side ( if you are concerned of course ) you can set your height and horizontal limits in the NAZA control system to stay within the limit. Just a tip

There are no FAA regulations that limit the height/distance for model aircraft. Just a tip
