    That list is hyperbole.

    Not all of those areas will apply to UAS. You can see the sections below the answers.

    Still, I was expecting the questions to be a lot more "common sense" type questions.

    Well when you look at the reported drone accidents we read about there doesn't appear to be a lot of common sense exhibited by those involved.
