Was at Venice Beach CA today and got 4 green, followed by fast blinking red LEDs, with 9 satellites locked in the whole time, does anyone know if that corresponds with new "restricted" locations? Screwed up my day because I was very cautious, everything seemed to work ok though. Once I got home, no fast blinking red LEDs, back to normal LED
