I recently dropped my bird upside down in about 2-3 inches of water. I had asurion insurance thru Walmart. I have an ITELITE upgrade on the controller, and was told if they choose to replace the drone I would not get it back. When I refused to send in the “original remote they voided my warranty, and insurance plan. Soooo, I’ve not heard a lot of good about DJI repair services. Anyone have any XP with other repair services??
