Red light flashing and “beeping”

Hi,

I’ve searched the forums and have not found the solution to this... I just got this phantom 1 from a friend and the maiden flight, I get this flashing red light and this horrible beeping sound. The beep is in the same tone as the start up beeps, but it doesn’t stop. I plug it into my computer, and it still beeps. All the YouTube videos are of more current models of phantom so I am at an impass. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the Naza has lost its firmware

Head to

Phantom 1 - Downloads - Manuals, Software, Drivers download | DJI

And download the assistant software, and USB driver plug the quad into the pc and the software should update
