I can no longer alternate the Go Pro camera between facing straight forward or facing 45 degrees down using my Remote Control. The Gimbal still keeps the camera steady. The Black Pearl FPV still works fine. I must have unknowingly changed something when the Phantom was hooked up online. Any ideas?

I assume you have the new remote... no matter..
check phantom assist basic > RC > select upgrade mode.
Make sure the firmware is latest (you need to download Phantom assist 3.8 and it will detect new firmware).
Also check advanced > gimbal and make sure you haven't restricted its movements. Gain = 5 (makes no diff), vert =0, horizontal = 0.

If that fails, uninstall RC11 and install RC2 and recalibrate all sticks including your X1 (even though it says no need to).
