Quick Video Settings Question

Really quick fellas, and I apologize cause I know this has been answered before. I just didn't find that right answer I was looking for. What would be considered the optimum video settings on the P3A. For instance, NTSC or PAL, .mov or mp4...etc...Thanks!

If you are in US, choose NTSC
Go for mov
24 fps
1080p or higher is your choice
ISO 100
Shutter 1/50
Ev=0

Thank you very much. I am struggling to import my videos over to a movie editor so I can edit them. I downloaded iMovie on my Ipad Air. As of now, I've been downloading my videos over to my Onedrive acct. When I select the video from within iMovie, it takes a while saying its downloading, then it claims to be complete, but says the video format is not supported by iMovie. Appreciate any advice or tips.

I use iMovie on Mac and it works even with 4K videos. Get excellent results. iPad appears to be a smaller device for processing large data. Read iMovie tutorials for iPad on net, that might help you.
